We started in 1988 by converting our own units because as Farmers we were unable to maintain the farm business without finding alternative means of income. As this proved so successful, we then began to offer this advice about their buildings to other farmers in the area. We now cover the whole of Sussex and parts of Kent and Surrey. We have consulted for over 600 farms to date and this has enabled many farmers to continue to farm and look after the countryside, whilst managing to use their buildings and gain some revenue from them.
We offer a full management service where we source a potential licensee for you and send out monthly invoices etc or a part service where we source a potential licensee but you manage the site. Our aim is to advise how to convert your buildings to their most suitable use at minimal cost to yourselves and the consultancy covers a visit by Jeremy Courtney to your farm, followed by a visit from you to Crouch's where we show you our own units that have been established as Offices, Workshops and Stores.
